I submitted a request about the crossgrade and they replied back with a code for checkout... $100 for Falcon and a $100...

Latest version works fine on Pro Tools 2021.12.0

Im on macOS Monterey with a brand new 16" MacBook Pro using Apple M1 Max processor and it runs fine so Windows should not be any issue what so ever...

Auto renewal is never on in my account and I just checked that I was only billed once. Agreed on Jeffro taking a look.

My last renewal was on 12/23/20 and that license was activated.

I had an older one that was 12/16/19 that was NOT activated in my ilok account, NOT on the actual ilok.

It renewed that old one...

I see what has happened... it updated an older license I had in my account from 2019! How is that even possible as its WAY passed the renewal date?!

I checked under the "release date" field like...

My pro tools ultimate perpetual renewal from avids site from my account page paid with PayPal. Have conformation email and my account on avids site says good till 12/25/22. Ilok does not

License was set to expire 12/25/21 and I renewed 12/23/21.

Ilok license still says December 2020 deposit date. Should say December 2021.

Seems my new license did not make it to my ilok?

To acquire a Mac flashed efi card, you have to find one on eBay or from here.

Nothing in ilok manager as of yet... opened a support case last night at 9:20 PM and not even a response over 12 hours later.
