Yup it does on all the I/O pages.... Input, Output, Bus, Insert, Mic Preamps and H/W Insert Delay. PT loads these up...

I know you don't use TF3 for or with PT.... But just a quick Q regarding your TF3.... and its 34/34 I/O capability.

When I load PT using the TF5 as an interface PT sees all 34...

Yup that is right and I think I started to allude in the last part of my post. But do have to correct you. it is true that the TF5 had only 2 "dedicated" FX engines where others in the same product...

Hey Mate,

thanks for your reply, the TF5 is Yamaha and doesn't need a driver for Mac. The master clock issue you raised is worth investigating as it was something I haven't check or was aware of.

I must admit I did look long and hard at an M32 they have one on display where I’m picking up the TF5 from so will take a look at it. But ultimately it was just stretching the budget a lil too far....

yup doesn't really tell you much there, but going through the online vids you'll find out how, its pretty simple..... no driver needed for Mac.... basically from what I can tell connect TF5 to Mac...

are you using the TF5, this is looking really good with a stack of features helpful for live and recording. and although I could only find hints that unit supports a variety of DAWs........

I have to say after reading a bit more on the Midas M32 this is an interesting beast. I notice you have Midas in your signature are you running a M32 by chance. the Midas does in fact have a HUI mode...

boy that Midas M32 looks like a sweat piece of kit, loaded many a Midas desk into concerts when I roadied in my younger years. prolly more my next step as it is just a lil above my budget.

do you know if you can run the PreSonus series 3 SL32 as just an audio interface with PT and more directly 2018.7 I don't mind not having access to the onboard stuff while if I can use it as an audio...
