Thanks to you guys we now have all channels from the Mackie Onyx 800R working via the optical link to the Digi Rack & into the Pro Tools software. Much appreciated.

This has thrown up another...

Thanks Dave - in the I/O>Input I have reset everything to "default" & this does not seem to have done anything so I will try the manual process as you describe. I will also check the clock setting....
