Had the same problem after installing Superior Drummer....did the fix and all is well with MP3 bounces once again.

As far as a limiter goes, you don't need to spend a lot. The Massey L2007 works very well, and it's price really sets it above most others.

You should be listening at this point, not looking. It's all in what you hear...sweep throught the frequencies until you hear the offending sounds, then pull them out.

It does very well against them...mostly comparable to the vintech for clean sound. Of course you can't color the sound as much as either one, but the mmx on channel 1 does allow a slightly driven...

The MICO is very nice, and because of the A/D can run into spdif freeing up other inputs on the sapphire. Also, the 2nd channel has a variable phase adjustment ( great if 2 mics aren't exactly 180...

I put in a wood floor for a dance studio many years back, and used neoprene pads fastened to the underside of the sleepers (2x4's on flat) over a concrete floor. They were made especially for this...

Use 'save copy as' on the original session 6 times...rename each session one of the 6 songs. Go into each of these sessions and delete everything except the named song for that session, select all...

Make sure you keep some images off your main rig. Last year I had a power supply fail and fry all 4 of my internal drives.
