Trashed all prefs, zapped, fixed permissions, took it to a nice dinner, still no template will open. Any suggestions very appreciated.

Have done bale's fix below, still can't open template. I'm on 12.4.294 hdx2

kinda need to use my template. Anyone else still having this issue? Any fix Avid?

Trailer Mixers

Regarding trailer music (Transformers 3 and those fairly bombastic types).
Was wondering who in LA mixes those? The music, not the overall trailer mix.

Anyone know of an application that will search thru audiofiles to find a match using the waveform as a fingerprint? I have a large library of sounds where many are redundant. Copied and renamed...

Virtual VTR + Canopus--audio output

The Mini DVI-port adaptor brings the resolution...

After trying this, the only caveat is you have to use outside midi (hardware/ipmidi or mol). VEP's midi is exclusive to VEP, meaning it does not appear as a port in Logic or PT. VEP is a godsend for...

PT 8.0.1 MTC-hardware vs IAC

Hi,
Syncing PT8.01 to Logic9 and visa versa on same machine. All is great when L9 is slave. I can use IAC or hardware midi (AMT8). Works perfectly.

But when PT is the slave, it will only work...
