Then you've not read carefully enough.
PT First is limited in what plugins can be used, for example. Very substantial difference. It also is not updated and maintained like standard PT.

Several ways; but if you really need a session folder with minimum files, "save session copy..." is easy:
- select the clip(s) and "consolidate" in file menu, so that new files are created for these...
