Hi, I have the same problem with my digi 002, I re-seating the power harass for 2 times and still nothing, any other suggestion?

I live in Mexico, How can I solve this problem, I try with the re-seat and still nothing, the same "unable to locate hardware", what should I do, here in Mexico seems that they don't have digi...

MacOS no encuentra mi Digi 002!!!
