These locks were only persistent within the session and get flushed when the session is re-opened.

Yes, they should be assuming you enable the Auto-Load option under System preferences to also save prefs.

You can also use the approach we are using for QuickJumps using SHIFT on the Fader Modules in conjunction with the numeric keypad switches on the master automation module. If you look at the factory...

No - Soft Keys are managed separately but can be saved and loaded at will.

Interesting. So both of you have chosen the workstation to save data to it seems and have specified the attributes to save with the session. Can you guys please let me know if anything is coming back...

What version of Pro Tools, what OS and presumably you are on S6 v3.6 - correct?
