no way to log in Ilok and get any support.

my Mbox pro makes stranges things for a few weeks. just disconnecting from istelf, mute fonction of the control panels not working, sample rate changing...

it all happends out of pro...

I had many issues with my artist mix and controls. uninstaling eucon, repairing authorizations, rebooting, reinstsalling, rebooting definitly fixed everything.

i'm very happy to say that the freezes and lags went away since I followed the steps in the link...I can work with my artist mix and control again. 6 months without it, that was VERY long !!!

looks like that solution works for me...I'm testing since I woke up this morning, no more fader lags, screen freezes. I'll let you know if it's still working in a few days

looks like it works for me...I'm testing since I woke up this morning, no more fader lags, screen freezes. I'll let you know if it's still working in a few days !

no more app nap in 3.1.2, but I tried with 3.1, app nap on eucontrol, MCclient and pro toos, stiil freezing.

same results whatever I do.

direct in the mac, using the netgear switch or my time capsule as a switch, the contril screen freezes.

I have a netgear switch too, I'm currently trying to see how it works if I use my Time capsule as an ethernet switch.

that happened when I changed my mac. I had a backup of it in my time capsule, so everything was the same...except my control surfaces had that " freeze" bug.

people working on PC have the same...

it still does not work.
I'm on Maverick like I was on my previous mac and it worked fine.

put like $3000 on a brand new iMac. got my system back from my time capsule, first I had the idea that it could be the problem, but many people with clean install have the same issue.

both of my artist surfaces had this problem. even when they are switched off, you can smell smoke and then the device can't never start again. you have to send it back to the store. it's a known...
