Pro Tools still bouncing old MIDI part

Hello all - I'm bouncing my session to disk, but Pro Tools is still playing the old MIDI part, though I've since edited the part and rendered it to audio.

Works fine until I choose to bounce it...

Actually, you are quite wrong. It is still possible for MIDI not to be transmitted, as that is what is happening to me.
