Hey friends

So when I was launching ProTools 2018.3 today it's asking me to authorize. I hit authorize in hopes it sees the license in my iLok but I get the "Select License to Activate" window...

The db25 on the Octo is TDIF, so I'm capped at 48k according to the specs.

It is set to Optical. All is good there, just when I record Enable this noise keeps happening, and it hasn't happened before.

This has JUST happened to me and has pretty much halted my workflow.

I have a Focusrite Octopre Platinum connected via ADAT to the back of the Digi002r in. I connect a mic up and enable 48v...

Yeah I know I'm only going to use the 2 inputs via S/PDIF but I won't be using it all the time; Still leaves me with 14 inputs that I can work with if it comes to that extreme. I just keep it hooked...

Good ones. I'm eyeing the Mackie Onyx 800r. The Audient is also a good consideration.

I'm also considering adding HEAT even though it isn't Native just for that extra kick to my mixdowns.

Good point. Kind of puts me in a little bit of a pickle then for a decision. I like my setup where I can pop in the XLR cables, set trim, blammo, ready to record; and I have at least 12 channels...

Problem Solved. Firmware back to 2.0.1, had to go into Terminal in order to get it back to where it was.

Now to make some grindcore LOL

Yeah I sent it. The person in CS is asking for the System ID for the Expansion Pack. I don't know where that may be.

Okay, I even have the original box for my 11R, and it states in package in the What's Included section that the Expansion pack is preinstalled. Serial number matches too.
