I'd like to play my itunes through my mbox, but leave the rest of the macos sounds playing through the mac soundcard, is this possible?

i know in windows, i can set WMP to use the core audio...

i think they should only charge for upgrades when the number changes from 6.x to 7.x or 7.x to 8.x

i think the supposed 'source of this info' is laughing too. when i worked for virgin music, i would tell my friends obviously fake stories about artists, and then sit back and watch them defend them...

the differences between all the different software you mentioned is mostly cosmetic. since they are all samplers they need to accomplish a few basic tasks in order to stay in the 'sampler' category....

are you using the torq xponent?

unless torq is in rewire mode, i dont think you can open it at the same time as pro-tools. this applies if you set the audio output of torq to your core audio...
