Thats odd. My speakers get a massive buzzing sound with 8.0.1 anytime core audio is open. 8.0.1 actually screwed up my sound and I had to uninstall it.

I have the same issue and it comes and goes. It got worse when I updated to 8.0.1 of pro tools. I have uninstalled and re-installed pro tools and that seemed to help. Make sure you are using Pro...

weird (not white noise) in right speaker in any app

I have a g5 mac os10.5.8 and LE 8. Anytime the digi core audio manager is open I get a weird sound in the right speaker. It happens in every app..itunes, Toast pro tools etc whenever the core mgr...

Pro Tools LE from 6.9 to 7.0...Where to download?

Hello,

I have Pro Tools LE 6.9.2 and would like to upgrade. Doesa Digidesign offer this downlaod for free or do I have to pay them again?

Switching from Power PC to G5 Intel Mac-Mbox

I have an MBOX on a G4 and was thinking about upgrading to an Intel Based G5. Would I have to buy a complete Pro Tools LE system?

I am having the same issues. My computer is OS10.4.4, PTLE 6.9.2. M-box, 786 Ram, 30 gig and 120 g hard drives. 500mhz G4AGp.

I nver had this problem either until I upgraded to 10.4 and 6.9.2

I am havign the same issues. I was wondering if it could be from sending an un balanced signal to a balanced signal.

Problems with Sample Tank SE

I have loaded Sample tank and can not figure out how to get it into Pro-tools?

I saw someone ask the same thing and then said they found out but not how.

Any help would be appreciated.

Pro tools LE wont install on OS 10.2.8

When I try and install LE the install window comes up but nothing happens.
I enter my admin password and then nothing. The Mac does not lock up it just does nothing.
Anybody have any ideas?
