Toggle Zoom doesn't justify track to the top?

I believe this was a preference in pro tools 10, But now in 12 if my selected track is off the window and I hit E to zoom toggle, it no longer brings that track into view, also if my track edit...

A couple of times it assigned a bus to the physical output as a monitor path which then doubled the output changing...

Same issue over here. Very intermittent. No editing audio on the track. We do most panning on aux tracks. Usually Large sessions as well.

PT 7.2c2
