10.8.5 is fine. Current 5xx multibeast works ok but if your using an SSD get trim support elsewhere.

Well in 7.4.xx LE no problem, working fine. I alternate between two machines and 2 setups (LE, HD) and need the ProCon to work on both.

Yes it does. All previous PT's have mixer profiles, all profiles work the same, they just don't include the Procontrol one with LE. You have to put it in yourself. (OK?)
