Hi Rail, thanks again for your help. I have a few new corrupt .wav files here that i cant get to work in "Wav Fixer". What would be the best way to send them over for you to test?

almost every session now, after saving, closing and reopening a session, some audio files are missing, but they are still in the audiofiles folder where the protools session was created, BUT they are...

BUMP for this thread... still cant figure out why this is happening. almost every session now it happens, when i close and reopen, recorded tracks are missing, and are corupted in the audiofolder....

unfortunately i seem to be having this problem now in almost every session... and Rail, the program you said to download wont fix the waves that are missing/corrupt ... any help?

Lately when opening a saved session, ive been getting a few random recorded files missing. But when i look in the Audio folder its there, but i cant open it. just says its corupted... any help? thanks

I Agree, why did they change it when it used to not be a problem in earlier versions?
Its EXTREMELY annoying when im playing back for a client and im trying to mix and it keeps pausing when i add...

When copying plugins from one track to another its freezes protools for a moment. Not just on mastering plugs but even ones that arent memory hogs.

yea its weird... very annoying. I remember PT 8 hardly ever did that except with limiters and other memory hoging plug ins.

Hopefully avid-design can can fix this problem.

When trying to copy a plug-in from one track to another in PT9 it causes protools to pause the audio for a second, just like when you change an output or add a bus...

any help?
