I don’t remember if I found it here or somewhere else, but I had the same issue with WAV and MP3 by default. The fix was to explicitly mark the start and end of what you wanted to bounce with the...

Thanks, stuey, that's the sort of info I was looking for, but it doesn't seem to work 100% for me. I now get an error from Pro Tools saying "This is not a valid Pro Tools session file"
