Hi Avid Support!

I was wondering about Pro tools 12.5 and I´m hoping I´m eligible for it. My 4 year Student plan should end today.

I can´t see my 12.3 upgrade in the "My Products and Subscriptions" link. I believe I still have free upgrades for a while longer.

I got my Educational License on the 17 of April 2012 but haven't gotten the Pro Tools 12 upgrade yet. Please Avid, let me know what is going on with that.
