OSX 10.2 to 10.3 upgrade

I have a powerbook g4 that I am about to switch from 10.2 to 10.3. What do I need to do, just load on the new os on top of the old one? Any problems doing it this way?

Best thing to do is uninstall all instances of PTLE with the 6.02 disc. Then load PT 6 then reload the upgrade for 6.1 according to your hardware(001,002,mbox, ect....)
