Yes!
The "N" key while launching PT9 (with i-Lok and M-Box connected) does indeed solve this problem.

Yes, my issue was related to the 1-2 output as well... in my case one of the cables that was plugged in one of the outputs was bad. Replacing that cable fixed the problem. Weird how the output...

I just checked the Workspace settings and both of my drives that are installed in the G5 are set to "R".
