Thanks that helped. The loop playback can be tricky sometimes as certain clicks or selections seem to deselect the loop region

Midi Overdub/Loop Record Issue

When I loop record an 8 bar midi track, it starts replacing notes I recorded when looped. How can I set ProTools to retain my notes and simply add to the recording during each loop?
