ASUS Z97-A-USB31
at 48K, 1024 Buffer - can get 300 verbs (60trks @5 Dverbs each)
at 48K, 128 Buffer - can get 250 verbs (50trks @5 Dverbs each)

Latest AAX Dverb on systems running PT12.4 and win 7 or win10 still seems like relevant baseline test to compare HW, agree that latency 1024 should be included part of test, or perhaps 2 tests, one...

Sorry , yes 4790K and I'd recommend 16g ram, but there are workarounds to get by with 8 by printing , deactivating , using plugins efficiently, etc but all that costs time in production.

@Dan , you should be fine with quad core i7-4790 assuming you are under 50 tracks * 5 plugins each at 96K/24 bit. I don't think issues change with 3 HR file, but haven't tested that.
