I am having the same problems. The input tab has no way to select new pathways, delete paths or restore default. I uninstalled pro tools and reinstalled.

I tried starting up PT with the N held down and when I opened the I/O set up it still doesn't allow me to select an input or restore to default or even select a pathway. The picture is shown below

How do you manually reset the input setting. My input tab doesn't allow me to select default or any pathways.
