You can install and use Pro Tools Full with ilok Cloud Session. The only need is a internet connection. No physical ilok dongle needed since Pro Tools 2018. Should work for your client as well.

Hello, I don't know if it helps.

Please check your ilok manager if there is a license for Mini Grand. In some cases you have to sign out your cloud session and sign back in to activate plugins....

10.15.4 is Catalina - and Catalina is not supported by Pro Tools First.
You won't be able to start PTF 2019.6 under Catalina. You have to wait or make a separate APFS Container with Mojave (10.13.6)...

The fact that from PTF 2019-6 you can save limitless projects locally makes in my opinion only sense when you are able to choose a seperate drive. Thats not possible for now - maybe in the future.
