Tried repairing permissions, trashing prefs and doing it to different internal/external drives...

Adding to this: I also had to rename the default settings from 7 to 8, but in order to make it work properly I also had to delete the Cubase8.xml located at Library/Application...

Touchscreen on the MC Control is 2000's tech and won't hold a candle for today's cellphones or tablets.

Workaround: tap with your fingernails or get one of those pens for touchscreen - or...

I'll second Raphie's post. It's a bit messy but you can work a bit on the configuration and adjust it to taste. Out of the box it's not as good as it is on PT, but it's definitely usable.
