Ok i've installed and upgraded reason adapted 3.05 but it still wont show as a plugin. What am i doing wrong?

just upgraded to PT8 for my Mac running off Leopard. i cant get my reason 3.0 to rewire with PT8. So i found an old version of Reason adapted 3.0.1 which came with my old version of pro tools....
