This is different than the thread's topic (you have a perpetual license with a Software Updates & Support Plan). Your Pro Tools Plan license is obsolete - it simply authorized the bonus Space...

Sounds like you have your HEAT license in iLok Cloud. If you have an iLok you can activate HEAT there along with your Pro Tools license so you don't need to be online....

We found & fixed the issue so all licenses should now be renewed correctly. Please check your licenses in iLok License Manager (sync your iLoks) and report back if still having trouble. Thank you!

I checked in on all of these and handled or escalated as needed. All of your licenses should be updated now. (I also put in a refund request for that ASC.)

Your account shows you have an iLok Cloud Session open, but your Pro Tools license is activated to your iLok. If you want to use it in iLok Cloud then deactivate it from your iLok then activate it...

For the license in question... right+click > Show Details in iLok License Manager.

It should have Release Limit and "Versions released on or before xx/xx/xx" at the bottom of the Details tab.
