Connecting KPA out to 11R in using S/PDIF

The KPA S/PDIF only acts as master and its clock source is 24-bit, 44.1kHz, but my 11R says the external clock is "Invalid or none". Anyone knows what could be happening?

I'm more of an Amp->Delay kind of guy, some times I'll add a dirtbox in front but that's basically it, so I usually have plenty of fx blocks to spare. I often use different patches for my solo...

I can understand 1, 2 and 3, but but as for #4 why not use a graphic EQ after the amp section for a solo boost? All it takes is leave everything flat and crank up the level.

You have to select the view for it to show up in the top menu, I think it's in the "Window" menu if I'm not mistaken.

Another thing, if all else fails check if 11R is selected as a MIDI device in ProTools configuration, if it isn't what you described is exactly what will happen.

Did you reboot after repairing permissions? It's a very important step. In case you have, try reinstalling the 11R drivers and repairing permissions again.

1. Open "Disk Utility"

2. Select "Macintosh HD"

3. Click on "Repair Permissions"

From what I've read in the past year it seems to me that the only plausible reason for Avid not to release the ERXP2 with user IRs is if they're really not interested in doing so.
