What ASC did you get with PT11? Where do you find that? If I have an ASC as a part of that I missed the memo that informed me.

Does anyone know if there will be a free upgrade for purchasers of Strike 1.5 to v2 when it is ready? I've just paid $99 to get Strike 1.5 only to find it doesn't work with PT11 anyway...

I just had this happen and it was because I had set the clock source in my M-Audio interface to "external". I set it back to "internal" and everything went back to normal.

It is a confusing UI...

If you read all the posts you'll see plenty of experienced and sensible-sounding people have tried to trash prefs & dbs etc as a fix for this. It also happens with NO plugs other than the digi ones...

Yes, as far as I know to date, no-one from Digi has acknowledged the bug and the only workaround is to not install cs1 on 8.0.3.

That's right, because at that point I gave up on the patch and decided to revert to 8.0.3. Much as I love debugging PT for you, I've done enough of it in the 5 years I've been using it to not want to...

I guess everyone else has installed this update without any problems.

I've had to reinstall 8.0.3. Lucky for me cs1 doesn't fix anything I really need.

I'd love it if someone from Digidesign...

I've also now tried removing all my non-digi plugins. I took out everything except the ones distributed with v8. Still crashes instantly.

I tried deleting prefs and databases using the tool. It hasn't solved the problem.

Anyone else got any ideas?
