Has there every been an update to the Mbox 2 firmware to fix this problem? I only see firmware for the original mbox. I am experiencing this problem on my mbox 2 since upgrading to PT8.

The MBox 2 itself is not on a hub though. I have hubs connected to the other USB ports. But the Mbox 2 connects directly to the back. Do you think a hub ANYWHERE on the system is bad? That would not...

thanks for the advice. the i/o, though, only lets you select r/l for stereo paths or mono 1/2 for mono paths. There are no settings like line/mic.
