Hi Nikki..Long time no talk!! What's the latest nowadays to run a HD3 or 4. Any best suggestions for i7 3rd gen motherboards etc. I can change to PCIe from PCIx at no cost so that may be the best...

Hi Fran,

yes I am still using the system as you can see from my tag, but I am using an older PROTOOLS CHASSIS to allow me to run HD4. I was able to run HD3 on the motherboard but the fourth card...

Hi Nikki & all,

As you can see from my system components below I am running a HD4, but usually HD3 with a 192i/o.

The fourth card just seems to mostly make the system unstable so I have a card...
