There has been a lot of conversation about this particular problem (I for one have gone through support a couple times regarding it).

I hope adding an external FW drive cures the problem for...

Thanks everyone for the quick reply. I managed to adjust based on the two timelines and also found a problem with the Tempo (which was the greatest culprit). Until I can point the finger elsewhere,...

Now that I read this again, I just want to clarify, I'm attempting to re-sync the audio, not the actual frames of the Video itself.

I'm using Pro Tools 8.0.3 with DV Tookit.

I'll pull out the 2nd TC Ruler and give that a go. I'm surprised I haven't run into this before, frankly, cause now I feel pretty dumb. :)
