Little bit confused though. Your pic says you also have DigiLink I/O license but those boxes are not working with standard software but require HD/Ultimate license. And that license is not needed...

Unless you have hacked PT to not copy stock plugins to the plugins folder, it is easy to just move everything to unused folder and the stock plugins are copied back automatically on next launch.

If it is a bugfix for 2021.3 it makes more sense to use 2021.3.1 version number. Otherwise why bother calling it 2021.3.0 to begin with?

Single track/dverb only measures single-core performance though. Do the same for "a hundred" tracks, even if shorter, you get better picture of capabilities of modern processors.

Yes but if you have your music/photo/whatever libraries on your PT machine you actualy need to do the in-situ upgrade first to update the libraries. Only then go for the clean install.
