Since a week ProTools hangs when i try to initiate an offline commit or bounce.
( application not responding)
This is very frustrating because offline committing tracks speeds up my workflow when...

Hmmm....perhaps it was the REDD37-51 on my main master...makes sense:
less low end, more M than S. Seems it could have been bypassed during the offline bounce.

I'm aware of those differences in the past with Waves plugins but they got that fixed since a few years, and since Waves...

Low Latency Monitoring is HD native right ?
I'm on HDX.

I do not need a null test to hear the difference because the difference in sound is remarkable

I've done all possible hardware-checks...all my hardware is just fine.
Thrashed prefs and databases several times and even reinstalled 8.01....no result.

Disabling DSP cache will not solve...

Same here ! The session closedowncrash is more rule than exception.
Since a few weeks PT 801 crashes on my MacPro everytime i'm closing down a session.Firsts it was occasionally, last few days...
