Replace the faders cards?? or solder capasitors??? Why??

Yesterday, my C24 put all light on.. I read in this forums is a PSU problems, and I found in this forums, that the New PSU is much better...

What is the difference of a New PSU and a Old PSU? (externals, and internal differences?)
Is possible replace a old PSU with a new PSU? Or that change all Control24??

THE POWER SUPPLY PROBLEM IS A ACCEPTED ISSUE BY DIGIDESIGN??? IF I CALL TO DIGI, DIGI SEND ME A NEW POWER SUPPLY???? AND I NEED TO SEND THE OLD AND BAD TO DIGI???
