I am having the EXACT same issues after updating the latest driver for my M Audio Fast Track Ultra.

I'm using a Macbook Pro running OSX 10.9 (Mavericks)
4 GB RAM (I should really upgrade..)...

Awesome find. I'm having same issue with M Audio Fast Track Ultra. I actually had the Ultra working somehow. I'm not sure if it was some sort of fluke that I was getting audio with Logic on Mavericks...

What is the method that you used to revert to the prior OSX? I've seen different ways to do this... What do you think is the easiest way?

I'm having the exact same problem. At one point after restarting and rebooting my fast track ultra I had sound briefly. Then it was gone.
