PT LE 8 Stopped Download

Just ordered on line for PTLE 8 upgrade, Using the download manager, the download stopped at 55%. Tried everything to resume it but failed. and a few minutes of trying website announces its offline...

First of all, don't connect your MBox while your mac is already ON, you should connect your Mbox before turning On your Mac, Second, Use the USB port near the power adaptor, not the ones on the other...

About a few mili sec off the beat. Example, you'll hear a snare drum go off already and a few mili sec the meter will respond and show the signal, a little late. I don't know how far off exactly but...

Hello, newbee here. Just want to know if it's ok to remove the iLok key once protools opens already? Cause my macbook pro has 2 USB only so i have to remove my ilok and connect my Midi controller...
