You can...delete the whole folder and the session&files will be gone (as you said "hard drive" I assume everything is on one HD).

It happened to me just once or twice. Everything was distorted. Closed PT, re-opened, didn't happen anymore. I still don't know what was wrong, but it never happened again.

Usually if you delete the expired plugins from the DAE folder it's enough,if not,delete them also from the registry.

You can't hear any cd as there's no cd input in the Audiophile 2496.You can use Winamp as a cd player and send it in the Audiophile.

There must be some kind of adapter device which suits your soundcard input.Maybe you should check the soundcard's in and out first.

It worked for me on AMD K6-500, but maybe I was just lucky.Not very fast but stable.
