Yes i downloaded the driver called "MA_CMID_WDM_4.2.03v4" and installed it using i believe install shield.

Sorry, but that was a part i forgot to mention. Anyway i figured that was an update to enigma, but i did download that file and i now just reinstalled it again just to make sure, but yet the same...

Just to add more detail Under Device Manager, in the USB AXIOM 49 properties, under device status it says "This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)
To reinstall the drivers for this device,...

Yes you are right, it says usb axiom 49, then the found new Hardware wizard appears. If i follow the wizard it says cannot install this hardware. It claims it was unable to find the necessary...

I just purchased mbox 2 mini and axiom 49 and the axiom is being recognized as found new hardware, but has problems detecting it on pro tools. I also installed enigma but seems like it is not working...
