Same problem here. I have used 2018.7 today but then this iLok issue a while ago. Downloading and installing ilok manager again dont help. I am using windows 10

Thanks for the tip. I had excatly the same problem. PT stopped at asking 9.91 plugin folder, canceling caused the crashing. Removing 9.91 folder from the pro tools audio path solved my problem

I am happy to tell you that renewal went fine this time. Business as usual. Only Avid Application Manager is out of sync, but doesn't really matter.

Hello again.

I am interested to see in a few days if the same problem arise than at last subscription renewal. After redepositing I have had two (!) subscriptions in ilok. One for expiration date...

Nobody ever asked that. There are no avid licenses available. In All activations field is shown one line for greyed "Pro Tools 12 expiration day 3rd oct 2016", another greyed line for "Pro tools...

My Pro Tools Plan seems to be active in ilok count until 3rd November (which is alright) but Subscription status is expired.

Who pays for my lost time when Pro Tools isn't...
