Have you tried contacting support or talking with one of the Avid reps here in the forum? They are really nice and usually respond quickly

You could try stepping down a version & give that a try (3.3.1 and on down till you find what works) that’s what I did.

I’m not sure why there would be problems with Windows 10 though, because...

For me on Mac 3.3.2 is the highest I can go
