I'd think you'd have to have a pretty steady hand with the mouse to make it look that smooth if you are scrolling while playing.

that Pro Tools SE has but LE and Mpowered have never had. At least without

Hey BanjosOK, have you tried the new Mbox 3 core audio driver?

Curious to know how well it works with other recording apps like Logic,Cubase etc.

As long as you have the same version number you can have both Mpowered and LE on the same system.

They will both share the same plugins.

I would check with Tascam and find out if they have OSX drivers for your 2488mkII.
I've never used those systems but it seems to me they would allow youto transfer the files over that USB...

version 7.0 I believe. Good luck getting it to work in Leopard. My best guess is that it probably won't.
I would stick to 7.4 unless you have Tiger,then you'll be better off.
