I actually had 12.2 Edu ver since 2019 and i guess it expired, however when i try to purchase the PT 2021 thats when i get the "no qualifying products " message so I think you are right i need to buy...

this is the message i get when i try to checkout, after trying to purchase Pro Tools 2020 Ver12........ I own Pro Tools Ver 8,9,10,11,12,edu ??????

I have pro tools 12.2 showing under my products and subscriptions and i can download it and install it.
but i dont have an activation code emailed to me as of yet please help

I had the same problem and i reformatted and reinstalled win 7 (32 bit)
and reinstalled PT 8,8.01,8.04 in succesion and still had the problem
and continued to use PT 8.04 with the error anyways...
