Stopping Pro Tools from installing Avid AAX plugins

Hello everyone, is there a way to stop Pro Tools from installing plugins like BF1176 or Maxim etc? I don't ever use them but when I remove them from the plugin folder, Pro Tools just re-installs...

Yeah I like that version of it. I also still use the Eventide Ultrachannel TDM version as it has more control. Either one works great.

You should put a delay in front of that ala Waves H-Delay, put it in ping pong then the Reverb, or maybe put a multi-mono trim between the 2, put one...

I figured it out. I have a few licenses, 10/11 native and 10/11HD. I deactivated the 10/11 License and it started working. Weird but OK. Thanks so much for the quick response.

I do know the benefits which are Clip Gain, Using Ram for sessions etc.
As far as being able to run more cards, don't really need to but, it would help with always...
