replacing CPU question

I'm replacing an A64 3200 with a dual core 4200. The think is they don't seem to be selling them with fans - can I use my existing fan with the new CPU?

If you're using sends for the input to the aux input you can set up an aux mix - that is, vary the amount of each individual track going into the aux input which you can then blend with the original...

Also..if the tracks you want to do the same selecting/editing/deleting on are grouped - as in a drum kit - then the separate/trim/delete etc function will happen at the same point or to the same...

One mixing technique I've heard many people use is to do most of the mixing in mono (with the mono button in) and occasionally flip out to stereo to see how you're going and to chack any panning...
