When i start a new session a pop up appears

"No record volumes designed"

...and when i try to design the Macintosh HD, appears

Hi, i need to install my mbox in OS9, and the upgrade 5.2.1 doesn`t work, the instructions sey, you need PT5.2 previously installed, and these version is not available in dowload area.

when i make a new session in PT using the sampletank, everything is fine, but, when i open these session other day i have to reassign the sounds, because are completly desordenated.

WHERE IS MY SAMPLETANK RTAS VERSION?

A friend of mine bought Sampletank (L version ) for me in the US last week through Musicians friend, when i opened the box today and browse the CD's i realized that the Rtas version wasn't there...
