Same here. I opened a ticket with AVID but I received no answer yet. I am running on Mac, so my best advice would be to do the same for Windows.

I did register PT10, but I am not sure what is the complimentary ticket. I posted the email I received a couple of posts back - do you know what the right code...

As for me, I did the cross grade from PT8 - so this is not a viable solution.

I'll wait a few days to see if any solution whatsoever pops up in this thread, otherwise I'll pay for a...

Sure - all licenses look fine on iLok.com. It's like if Pro Tools is suddenly unable to connect and read the iLok.

Same here... VERY annoying issue.

Anyone has anything to suggest for Mac Os X Lion? Obviously no .exe will help here.
