what pisses me off is that we are paying expensive for updates that does not come. It works on my m1 mac? it works, kind of slow and a bit buggy, sometimes. some days I get the old cpu...

Avid is arrogant lazy and incompetent.

Rosetta 2 performance is UNACCEPTABLE!

I upgraded my intel mac for having better perfomance, and everybody here pay for the f**** expensive subscription....

Fast plugin loading, fast import audio, faster conversion...

On my mac mini m1, I Load infinite AU plugins on Ableton, logic, fast!
Pro tools takes ages to open...

terrible, PT9 should at least work on Lion.
a $99 for PT9 users would make more sense.

Avid is playing with their customers, I'm not buying anything from them again.

After muting all tracks for a wile, everything seem to back to normal, but it comes again.

Not even the ProTools 7 is totally native for Mac OS X.
It's still a carbonized Application.

Digi will take a LONG wile to release an universal binary.

this machine is very noisy, there are too much fans running behind it.

when I click the "Auto" button I get an empty list for some plugs, like Amplitube, waves and others, some times it work, some times...

I Used it with my old 001 and it was ok.
Now I bought a 002 Rack and a firewire drive.

640mb RAM

160gb external firewire drive

Tried everything, also formating startup...

The Imac has only one firewire port, Is anybody using an USB 2.0 hard drive for recording audio??
