Soundminer for off-site staff?

We have a Soundminer server inside our facility which services our on-site suites. All suites are currently on V5Pro.

When operational circumstances permit, some staff may opt to work from home...

2022.9 Video Track Keep Displaying Thumbnails

When using the modifier key (ALT) to change all track views. The video track is effected toggling the video track to display the thumbnails view.

Can someone confirm this behaviour?

We tracked the issue down to a bad clock on the MTRX, now stable at 1.3ms.

Still nothing. Myself and the local agent chased again on Friday. The fault was reported 2 weeks ago now, and still no solution in place yet. DAD are absolutely one of the worst companies...

So we installed a DAD Mom controller in Feb, between March and June we have been in lockdown and the controller had zero use.

The TB button on the controller has failed...

I am having a similar but the inverse issue.

Sessions at 96Khz only playback random regions. When the regions play the meters on that channels don't work, then vice versa. At 48Khz Everything is...
