I don't see any SPTIservice when sound forge or acid is launched. I even put a cd into it to rip; no new process was started; and nothing with SPTI was started. I tested this as i wrote this...

If Niljam had his power harness replaced in August then it had to be the Molex connector that you sent him.
So it seems that Niljam may be one of those small number of people with the misdiagnosed...
